We start by making sure that everyone fully understands the
Financial basics, which you can learn through a highly engaging business simulation that gives you total familiarity with the basic terms, the uses of an income Statement and Balance Sheet, and the distinction between Cash and Profit.
We use Visible Value for the first two weekly sessions, for 4 hours each time.

These learning sessions run for 2 hours each week from weeks 3 - 8, and cover Deep dives into:
o Managing for Profit - the 4 levers
o Understanding what drives profit most effectively
o Managing Cash Flow
o Managing Working Capital
o Mastering Inflation
o Using Capital Expenses to grow profits
o Using Ratio Analysis to build your personal Dashboard
o Value Creation - building for exit or a legacy

Application exercises to see how each idea works inside your own business, and what you can do with it. While we have templates for each exercise, the homework is personalised to you each week. You go back into your business, talk to staff / customers / suppliers / accountants or others, gather information from them, and bring it back for discussion. We look for the ways that you can influence your business to make it better, using the financial insights you have gained, and talk about the practical steps you can take to do that.

Personal 1-to-1 coaching to cover any point in greater depth, or to discuss any current challenge in your business.
This makes the learning completely personalised, totally relevant to your present situation, your goals, and your business. This enables you to take the theory and financial know-how you have learnt in each session, and see how you can use it to run your business better, and move towards your dreams faster and with more clarity.
